Pad Thai Fried Noodles in Egg Wrap
Ingredients
(serves 2 persons) Lobo Pad Thai Stir-Fry Sauce 1 packet Fresh rice noodles or called Chan noodles 200 g (7 oz) (or) dried Chan noodles or bean vermicelli 120 g (4.2 oz) Peeled fresh shrimps 100 g (3.5 oz) Diced extra firm tofu 100 g (3.5 oz) Egg 1 Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons Picked bean sprouts 100 g (3.5 oz) Chopped garlic chives 3 stems
Preparation
Certainly one of Thailand’s most famous dishes, and to make it extra special and easy, Lobo has created a delicious user-friendly recipe. We also explain how to prepare the famous “Fold-over Omelet-style”. It’s authentic!
• Heat the pan, add oil followed by shrimps and extra firm tofu. Stir until just cooked and break the eggs into the pan. • When egg starts to cook, add Pad Thai Stir-Fry Sauce, followed by Chan noodles. Keep stirring. Gradually sprinkle with water to keep the noodles soft. • Add bean sprouts and garlic chives. Continue to stir for 1 minute, remove and serve.
